Did you get the europa afterall? Do you still have it? I have bought one on the broads, going to see her in a few weeks, very exciting.

Just bought a hunter Europa, on the broads! It is a few hundre miles from me though so will only be using a few times a year. Good new sails, engine and some electrical gear. Hopefully those little hulls and rigging were over engineered in the 70s and will go on and on! The FB hunter europa page...

What if the boat is not onSSR? I am a brit currently living in Bucharest romania, wanting to buy a trailer sailor in uk, wayfarer or similar (sub 750kg all up trailer) and drive it back to Bucharest. Would this be possible if the trailer isn't registered for instance?

Problem is where I am in Romania it is very hard to find any decent trailer boats so have to take what's available its 2700 euro with nearly new registered trailer.

Yes the French know how to build a good small boat, aswell as the Brits! Le foxtrot and L17 were the two variants I think.
