    oil in exhaust water

    Hi It is possible that your gearbox heat exchanger (oil to sea water) is leaking... Just had my heat exchanger replaced. If you can find the correct parts (ie. the exchanger) then you should be able to do it yourself. This would not cause the black smoke though... cheers Charles
