having done this, you'll clean the grease off and then have to grease it on assembly. Spoiler alert...the new grease will leak out as...

And it has Dunkirk as - 1 Where in fact the tide is Dover +1hr... I notice it doesn't give any unit... Maybe that's a clue?

According to Reeds 2021 Calais is +0048 Dover. A good navigator should be looking at multiple sources.
