It may be of some help to phone Castle Marine 01286 674322 .They have a good site which calculates prop dia/pitch for power boats, but it does not include M/Y, they supply props so should be able to help.

mate and i where interested in very nice trawler yacht only to find it was a self build ,could not fault build quality. advised by other friend to walk away problems about part 1 reg and vat receipt, difficult to get finance or travel abroad with it
