Yes, the regulations require all plb's to be registered to an individual though not necessarily to a specific vessel. It costs nothing and is very simple to do.

A boat that ticks all your boxes apart from speed would be a Viki 32 if you can find one, cruising speed would be 13/14 kts
but, previously having had an aquador which would do 25, the slower speed and infinitely better seakeeping and comfort are better for the comfort and confidence of the crew.
The certificate of survey for part 1 on our 32' sedan motorboat calculated as 10m x 3.37m x 1.89m x 0.16 giving a gross & net tonnage as 10.24 tons
if that is any help.
I had ours out in a good 5/6, but would not choose to do so, the boat handled it very well the issue being the transition between turbo and supercharger particularly when dealing with rough seas, adjusting speed accordingly quite often you find a sudden loss of power briefly. I saw a comment...
I had a 25c for a 3 or 4 years, great little boat and the KAD 32 is a good reliable engine though if viewing check the sump for rust, they can rust through. They will cruise at 18-20 kts and are economical on fuel, you have to get used to the change from the Supercharger to Turbo, there can be a...
Late arrival of a Viki 32 owner, before refuelling, I close off the valves at both ends of the balance pipe, fill both tanks then open the valves on the balance pipe.
That happened to me, unbeknown to me the first owner programmed the mmsi into his next boat and registered it with a similar name, the subsequent owners didn't bother to register, I identified the mmsi from the radio and attempted to register it in my name, I had a brief problem with offcom who...
I thought the same when I first looked at them, in reality you don't notice it when on board probably because you can see out of the saloon aft when seated or all round from the pilot seat, we tend to spend more time in the cockpit than in the saloon, we have a warm air outlet in the cockpit.
The 34 is the updated 32, the extra 2' is in the cockpit so doesn't increase the accommodation, there is also a 34AC which had a different designer. The 34 also has a slightly different stern gear so may well get to 20 kts. There was a 32 with smaller twin yanmars which I understand would make...
