    Nope it is changing energy. You cannot create or destroy energy. It's changing it into a different form, heat for instance.

    Coloured wood filler then Liberon wax stick if necessary, or there are several fillers that will take spirit based wood dye in all sorts of colours.

    I always alternate each year, maybe light blue then black, so it's easy to see if I've missed a bit.
