There is an option 4 which if done well involves no prayer or PTFE tape/sealant and is much cheaper than a new saildrive. Plug the damaged hole in the saildrive and cut a new through hull hole for a new DZR or plastic seacock.

The function you are looking for is the Ruler. It is described on page 84 of the manual at the link above. It is not as instinctive as the software on the Navionics phone app but it does the same thing.
