We had a superb meal in the Wellington Boot - one of the restaurants at the Hotel de Havelet in Guernsey. The steaks were the best I've had in quite a while, with the steak diane cooked on a trolley in front of you. Their other restaurant - the Havelet Grill was also recommended to us by the folks we had rafted alongside, but we didn't get a chance to try it.
