Ellie, or her boat?
Never met Ellie or indeed saw anybody on the boat, or even any lights in the evenings.

Ellie, or her boat?
A shame, but not surprising. It's hard work to keep an old wooden fishing boat in commission, and very expensive unless you can do the work yourself.Never met Ellie or indeed saw anybody on the boat, or even any lights in the evenings.

Is the Heritage Pontoon still a going concern, after the sad demise of Trinity? If the HM isn't pathogically retarded, isn't corruptable by big business, and wants the best for his harbour, it should be maintained and reserved for the classic wooden gaffers which everyone associates with BM. I would be a regular visitor.Just leave her there as a "tourist attraction" to go with some of the other hulks that are there bringing the harbour down.
Plans are for it to be broken up in place or moved to the D-day slip to be broken up....
