Ford 2703 or 2704?

Hi all
I’m wondering if anyone can tell me about my boat engine.
firstly it’s got FoMoCo (ford motor company) it’s stamped with 2703 e. My problem is it has a turbo meaning it’s a2704et ? This is making research very difficult I’m looking at ways to bleed the Simms injector pump correctly as the fuel just will not enter the injection pump I’ve done the normal ways but must be missing something. If anyone can help thanks in advance.

post a picture of the fuel lift pump please.

the one with a lever under it, needs the pump cam to be off its plunger pin, for the lever to actually work.
the one with a plunger next to it works with the pump drive in any position..

before you worry about the injection pump bleed , just check the filters for a bleed screw first.

I have sussed out the system now it was the two screws on the injector pump believe they’re called fuel gallery screws but don’t quote me on that. Soon as I cracked them out came the air. All running now just got a ton of leaks to deal with.
