Zodiac Scupper plug/ drain valve replacement?

The scupper valve/drain valve has perished on my Zodiac 285m fast deck after only 3 years. It now lets in water rather than bails.

Does anyone know where I can easily get a replacement?

You should be able to tighten it just by turning it.

East Cowes marina chandler had 4-5 of the bungs in last week and they have a 50% closing down sale.
