Suspect the lack of response is because a polycarbonate floor in an inflatable does not make sense. Everything I have seen about that model suggests the floors are wooden in an aluminium frame. The actual floor that keeps the water out is fabric, the wooden floor panels are to give it stiffness and keep your feet off the fabric. Maybe somebody has replaced the wooden floor with polycarbonate - but not a good choice for floor material.

it could be acrylic. about 6mm thick and see through.
i was told it could be plastic welded but was hoping i could use poly resin which is cheap. would i glass both sides. boght it from a chap who had it from new and it was a special made for the med and he brought it back here afterhis trip and some one stood in it on the hard and cracked it.

a friend has had a look and believes its perspex. ive found some perspex glue so will try that.
does anyone know if normal poly fiberglass will stick to the floor if i key it heavily first.

Doubt any adhesive will provide a permanent repair to a crack of that size as the perspex will flex and open it up. GRP will not stick to perspex. Your best bet is to have another panel cut by a signmaker, although marine ply epoxy coated at the edges would be a better long term solution.

Nothing really sticks to perspex. The glues actually melt the plastic and create a weld - but would have little strength in shear. If you want to just cover over the crack then use duct tape, but it won't prevent the crack from growing if you put load on it. It is just not a suitable material for the job.

Hope it works. Not sure why "watertight" is an issue. The fabric bottom of the boat keeps the water out. The boards are purely to stiffen the bottom and keep your feet dry.

its a see through bottom. no fabric at all. its an acrylic bottomed see through rib not sib. no ones seen one before and even zodiak uk say they must have been a special order
