Zinga - Do I also need to have clean anodes??

My Halcyon 23 has 2 bilge and 1 stem iron keels. They have been coated in Zinga and then antifoul. The antifoul covers the keel anodes. Should I clean the anodes so that they can operate normally? Or should I leave them painted?
The hull anode is clear and fitted as normal.

Dont know what Zinga is but anodes shoud not be painted with anything. The whole ethos of how they work depends on nthem being exposed to the elements. Also as most antifouls these days contain an element of copper its best if you stop the antifoil and inch or so short of the anode to prevent the anode deteriating prematurly.

I know what Zinga is and I have looked into it. I would suggest that it is too Zinc rich to be used as a primer on a keel. It would electrolyse and bubble the antifouling off. It's a conformal coating you need as thick as possible epoxy tar or similar.
