Z-spar roller headsail furler

I found a broken circlip and ball bearings on my deck from the z-spar roller furler Z800 fitted in 2002. Has anyone replaced these items before? How do you disassemble the drum?

I had the same problem with mine that I fitted in 2002, 2 years ago while crossing Biscay. Contacted Zspars when we reached Gibraltar and had to have complete replacement drum. They told me that each season I should have cleaned and repacked with grease, but apparently they are pre packed on assembly. Not impressed. But the new one purchased is a different design, drum nearer the deck. Which I believe was the problem.
