I've dabbled with making yogurt onboard for ages but it's always been a bit hit and miss. So in lakeland a while ago splashed out on an Easiyo maker, which is fine but the costs of those little packets of can lead a cruiser to tears!
So recently tried toying with powdered milk which again wasn't too great a success. Then the other day,.... 1L of semi skinned long life milk from morrisons and a couple of table spoons of live yogurt, into the easiyo with boiling water and wrapped in a towel - 10 hours later 1L of lovely fresh yogurt nicely set. Some aldi long life at 49P a litre waiting for the next batch. At last, cracked it!
Thought I'd share the joy
So onto bean sprouts next? Any top tips?
