YM this month bugs me- I can only get it to open on one page!

There's a bloody great cardboard advertising spread which makes you look at it every time you flick through. This makes it difficult trying to find where I left off last time I sat on the Throne. PLease please can ads either fall out all over the floor so I can " read" them at a later date, or be made of the same paper as the rest of the magazine.

Right! PBO is the same. I cut the ad out with a pen knife but took a few innocent pages along with it - friendly fire or collateral damage I suppose. I won't be buying sails from those people!

I couldnt agree more - I've got both mags this month and it is so annoying.. you look at the contents - find a page number and have to flick through about 4 times before you can get to your page..

I guess it comes down to money.. I wont be buying any sails though as I'm sure they pass the advertising costs on to us the customers..

Perhaps the people (I've ignored the Ad as anyone who spends that much on selling charges far too much for their products) who placed the ad might care to reflect that bad publicity is not better than no publicity at all !

Would the moderator care to comment or at least pass the feelings onto the bright sparks in advertising who thought this one up. At least with all the loose stuff you can shake it out straight into the bin.

Also why on Sky TV does "Sailing" actually always mean "Golf" ?

Couldn't agree more- both mags are stuffed with the cardboard insert -makes it very hard to conceal if you wanted it to...
