Went to pick up one towards the Western end of the middle trot about an hour before low water heaps and the depth alarm went off…
Seems if you want anything more than 2.5m then you need to pick one up which is opposite the harbour breakwater. Large writing on each buoy about maximum length of 14m which might lull one into a false sense of security, no idea what the bottom is like there.
