I'm rejuvinating my 1gm but cant afford the hyped up spares prices for parts which are standard engineering sizes but marked up++ due to the marine label. does anyone know where I can find a list of alternative bits like bearing filters and seals etc.
Also I need a service manual not the owners manual. I can copy the relevant pages and return if you want it back

you can get bits and bobs like bearings from any bearing supplier.

all the seals and bearings will be marked with standard codes, against which you can buy from the bearing factors in yellow pages. i have always used oil filters for a mazda car, but you do so at your own risk.

if you want sound advice, fair dealing etc, cellar marine at porthallow, cornwall can be recommended. no connection.
