Check Minards Diesel in Australia. Very reasonable and they do have recon ones as well.

I was faced with a complete seize up of my Yanmar 12 hp engine just off Southwold harbour entrance. The price of a new one was beyond me, so, on advice from an exhibitor at the Southampton Boat Show, I had it completely re-built by French's of Brightlingsea for a much more sensible prize. It should see me out.
