Yanmar servicing

Trying to fit new bearings and seal to a 2GM20 water pump.
Undone everything inc the circlip. Shaft won't rotate or drift out!
Is it buggered?
Also have stripped thread on an engine foot stud nut (but not the stud)
Can anyone tell me what size and thread the stud nut is so I can source
a new one without buying a whole foot!!

Just back from Nut and Bolt store in Hove.
They have identified the engine foot nut as 5/8UNF.
And they had one in stock!!! Highly recommended.

Ordered new Yanmar water pump-----£210 + vat!!!!!!!!
How can they do it to their customers?!

Don't ditch the old pump .... if you don't want it can I have it?

Does that mean you know how to dismantle it!!??

And I've now been assured that the original Yanmar engine feet studs
are indeed an abscure Japanese size and thread!!
Something to do with marketing or protection?
