Yanmar engine paint

Is there a paint pot available for a yanmar engine instead of the spray paint cans ?
Im just finding it hard to source .

If any Yanmar Paint Inspectors turn up at my boat, am I legally obliged to allow them on board?

You know that self inflicted tiny weeny little scratch in the Gel coat that nobody else spots unless you hand them a magnifying glass and point it out.... ......but always shouts at you every single time you walk up the pontoon. ?

Is the yanmar enamel paint suitable for repainting the turbo section on the engine ? I’ve currently wire brushed down all the flakey paint / rust on areas. I shouldn’t just not paint it and leave it rusty I guess .
