Thanks- I hope I won't need one! I've bought engine mounts for it for 25% of the Yanmar price, from AVIndustrial and anodes from Ebay (Yanmar packaging 200300 part no) for 6.50 each delivered.

Have you got the pdf manuals? I've found three, one users two good workshop.
ps the Kanzi gearbox needs ATF oil not engine oil!

hi nick
Mine came with a hurth fitted to the kanzi bellhousing but the box had a worn input spline as I think the prop was quite large that it was fiited with, the other clue being the ratio of the box wasn't right for the colvic. So I swapped it over with the original box that came off the boats petter twin but as I didn't want to strip the box and wasn't able to test it untill it was fitted, I now find the output seal leaks so popped down today and took the box off to strip it and fit what ever parts are needed.
I also had the flywheel machined to take the petter drive plate because the original yanmar drive plate was so badly worn
Just incase your unlucky with the raw water pump on yours I have fitted a johnson pump which was simple enough to do using a 4" bit of angle iron with slots cut into it then bolted onto the original mountings for the yanmar pump which by the way uses the same impeller as the johnson
