Yanmar 2GM gearbox and saildrive lubrication oil type

Can anybody tell me what oil to use in a Yanmar engine 2GM/@GM20 sea water cooled built before 1995 in the gearbox and saildrive. Also where is the drain/bolt located of the saildrive. I cannot supply the exact model of the yanmar as I have not seen the engine yet.

As nobody has replied. I use standard automotive (car/van)diesel multigrade oil in the engine.

The saildrive will take a standard marine gear oil, I don't know the grade off hand but it's really not critical. The value of using a marine gear oil is the corrosion preventatives in it, which shouldn't normally matter, but will if you get seawater in the leg. The stuff I used was Shell Omala but I just happened to have a 25 litre tin to hand.
