Yankee chandlers

I am trying to purchase a radar kit; however the chandler with the good price will not accept foreign credit cards. Can anyone recommend one that does [not west - too much for longer cable]?

My experience of fraudulent card use has been, and this is just off the top of my head, that I've had two from France, one from The Netherlands, none from the UK, and a round dozen from each from Indonesia and Nigeria, (had I been foolhardy enough to accept them in the first place, but when I suggest they'd like to make a Bank transfer they go all quiet).

So I think there's a little evidence the you're safer trading in your own back yard and it's not a bad policy.
