Yamaha outboard identification

I have bought another small boat, it has a Yamaha 30hp 2 stroke.
Instead of googling for hours I thought I would ask on here.
It is a Yamaha branded motor with Yamaha stamping marks on the parts, the identification plate has mariner instead of Yamaha,
So my question is will the codes, model numbers and year letter be exactly the same as Yamaha to decipher ?
I'm in Australia so mariner seems to be splashed on lots of brands.

I'm am wanting to get it right before I order spare parts and workshop manuals etc.

Do we have a expert on here that can tell me the year ect ?
There is a "K" stamped in bottom right corner I take it that's the year.

Just use the Mariner serial No. and get the parts from a Mercury dealer.

I'd say Rope Start, Long Shaft, 1979:

It's electric start ,
with rope backup ,
L shaft ,
Seller thought it was somewhere around 1986 to 96.

so, I take it I have a mariner with Yamaha branding ?
My question is now , was the Yamaha Yamaha's made in the same production line as the Yamaha mariners ?

And if there's a link to a free workshop manual for my outboard I will love you for ever ❤

My research says it's 1985 by serial number, but it should have 30A ML instead of 30ml , is it possible?
Also the k stamped in bottom right in black area is Yamaha's code for 1985.
