When I removed the bottom end of the leg to inspect the impellor I needed a bit of force from wedges etc. When it came out the bottom of the tube was stuck in the pump (and refuses to budge) and the top end has broken at about 1 inch below where the bend starts.
Any ideas please on my options : buying a new tube, unbudging it from the seal on top of the pump housing and/or joining the two pieces in a way that will resist the heat from the exhaust (or any other options I've missed). Thanks very much.

Nothing special about it. If you can get a bit of tube the correct outside diameter make a new one.

Guess it'll cost £20 or more to buy one. Even if you make one you will probably have to buy the seals top and bottom but they should not cost a fortune
