Yamaha 15hp 2-stroke - Tuning help!

We have a EC Spec 15HP Yamaha 2 stroke.
Do you know if I can adjust a throttle stop or get a carb jet conversion, as our 3.1m RIB is fine and planes with 1 person aboard, but with 2 it could do with a bit more power to get it up and over the hump and onto the plane.

Do you know if it is easy/advisable to increase the power slightly?
If so how?

You need something changing. My 3.1m Caribe, with 15hp Yamaha will plane with 30 stone of people aboard. Can't give tuning advice though, sorry.

my 3.1 planes with 20 stone on board with a 6hp.

I picked this up from a forum

Have you thought about changing prop?
