I never manage to qualify for any free deals anywhere! But my enormous council tax in Edinburgh has finally paid off.
It appears that Edinburgh Libraries subscribe to Yachting Monthly and I can access it through my library membership and Zinio for nothing! And back issues seem to go back to January 2013!
Seems almost too good to be true!!
So anyone else in Edinburgh, join the library and reap the rewards.
Maybe that is why our council tax is so high!
Next I am going to read this month's Yoga Journal!!
