Yachties murdered in Thailand

10 days in the water is long enough for a head to detach from the body so not surprised that they found headless bodies, that does not mean that they were not decapitated first though, but there was no mention of any bloodstaining aboard the boat only having been ransacked. No mention of which flag the boat was under for nationality of the deceased. Will we ever hear anything further about this. Worrying and sad.

Is there any evidence of that? I couldn't find any.

Do you really want the gory details of how it might happen? ? ? just imagine being in a very warm salty bath for ten days and how soft your skin would become, add ten days worth of motion of the ocean and also feel how heavy your own head is . . . . . . . . are you getting the picture yet . . . . . . add a few more days and the same will probably happen to other extremities as well.

Of course there would be no exact timescale to this as it will depend very much on area and sea conditions but definitely not unexpected

Not the crew of the catamaran after all

It's now being reported that the bodies are not in any way related to the catamaran or it's owner so they may have been in the water for much longer than ten days.
