I'm trying to find out about the origin of my old originally gaff-
rigged yacht.LOA:34'8"+bowsprit Beam:8'2" LWL:28'6" Draught 4'9"CB up.Teakwood on oak with 2,5to.leadkeel.The
yacht must built before 1925 only for racing, measure to the
YRA 1730-Rule.(LWL+beam,CB are permissible)Originally no
engine, later built into a Morris-petrol with shaft installed offset
portside.Inside only a bunk on either side. The line nearly yachts from Sibbeck's of Cowes, the underwater-profile look a like the great J-yachts.The curved cabin with skylight and three oval windows on either side. With the name Eithir (possible Heather or Gealic)Falmouth (not absolutely sure wether)the yacht sailing later to the Mediterranean, and as far
as I know the history started in Genua/Italy. Rossella the name.
Thank you for help.
