I've been offered to buy an early nineties Halberg Rassy 312 mk II for an odd 57k (pound). This is the version with the windows in the superstructure instead of in the hull. No major refits performed. Any opinions, remarks?

Hi. The 312 is a lovely boat and by the sound of where the windows are on this one it will be a Mark II. I nearly bought one last year (Mark I) for just under £40k but the teak deck needed a lot of work. If it has a teak deck then this may cost up to £10 - £15K to repair or replace.
