Yacht Jokah Mooring

This sailing yacht is moored very close to Gosport ferry. When I passed it today, the nose was well down, initially I thought it was sinking but then I saw the mooring buoy underwater and realised the riser is obviously not long enough and pulling the bow down massively. Don't know whose boat it is or who owns the moorings, so if anyone does please pass this information on.

we noticed it on way back to our club on sunday and motored round it - no one on board and we notified harbour patrol - when we left they were checking her out - not sure what outcome was but that was just before high water sunday

I think those mooring are administered by the Royal Naval and Royal Albert Yacht Club in Old Portsmouth. I haven't had chance to jump in our rib to have a look at high water.
We have issues with our rib.

They are Portsmouth SC Moorings.
I've texted a friend who is, or was, a member, I think he will be able to get a message to the owner.
I expect it's all sorted by now, the club is pretty active in the area.
