Hi
I have just purchased a Halmatic 30. It has a fairly typical switch panel with a yacht outline in the centre with neons placed to show which nav lights are on, and a row of labelled mini pushbutton switches each side.
Several of the switches have broken, the cheap plastic has cracked so they will no longer "push on/push off" some have fallen behind the panel.
Where can I source replacements?
I have googled lots of terms, but nothing has come up so far.
Hope someone can help
Cheers

Leigh,

It would help if you could post a picture, are they circuit breakers or plain switches. You can get switches from Furneaux & Riddall, Maplins or RS Componnents. Iy you can post a picture i am sure we can identify a source of replacements

Shaun,
Thanks for quick reply. I will take a photo when I am at the yard tomorrow and post it, hope you will be able to recognise it and suggest exact parts needed.

Hi Shaun,
I have now taken some pics. I think they are circuit breakers. They each have a rating on the tip of the push button.
I am intending to attach a pic of the panel, and the back, and a close up of a couple of the broken ones.
Any suggestion as to make and source for replacement would be welcome. I hope they are not too pricey as more than half are broken!
I have just realised I can't see how to attach images!!
Help!!!

Leigh,

You can post using an Excellent article from Forumite BrendanS, or feel free to email them to me, info@total-safe.co.uk

I suspect that the breakers will more than likley be manafactured by either Carlingswitch or ETA. Either way once we identify them i can point you in the right direction or i could probably do some sort of deal depending on where you are located.
