Definitely not the former (no bow sprit for one and wrong bow shape for another) but the latter seems more likely. Unfortunately the resolution of the image of the stranded boat does not allow enough magnification to confirm some of the details seen in the images in the For Sale listing. The tidiness of the rig suggests she broke free from a mooring or dragged her anchor while unattended rather than suffered some crisis at sea. Hopefully she's not badly damaged and can be saved.

All the locals have been able to establish is the boat had been seen at anchor in a nearby anchorage with a dinghy on the shore, suggesting the owner had gone ashore for some reason. This suggests a visiting boat passing through.

I understand the boat in question does have wind vane steering so it could be that one above.

No more information, and I am not there so not seen it myself and not had any more updates if it has been refloated or not.

That's quite a rocky shoreline there not a place to be left for long like that, especially if it gets windy.
