David Gal has been working hard on this GRIB Service, which has versions for Windows, Linux and MacOS platforms. It started as a derivative of the much loved zyGrib bur has taken the concept to new levels. It must be the most comprehensive one stop shop - except that it is free to all - although he does ask for contributions. The software is available at https://opengribs.org/en/downloads

The site now has -

Global models.

NOAA-GFS. 0.25, 0.5, 1.0°. 00, 06, 12, 18 UTC, 1-10 days.
DWD ICON, 0.25°. 00, 12 UTC , 1-8 days.
ECMWF – Surface pressures only, 0.5°. 1-3 days.
Météo France Arpege, 0.5°, 00, 12UTC, 1-4 days.

Wave models

NOAA WW3. 0.5°, 00, 06, 12, 18UTC, 1-4 days. Not Mediterranean
DWD GWAM. 0.25°, 00,12UTC, 1-6 days. Includes Mediterranean.
DWD EWAM. 0.05° x 0.1°, 00,12UTC, 1-4 days. Europe and Mediterranean.

Detailed models.

All updated 00, 06, 12, 18 UTC
DWD ICON-EU. 0.06°,
NOAAA NAM, Continental USA, Caribbean, Pacific (Hawaii). 0,11°
Météo France ARPEGE-EU, 0.1°
Météo France AROME, 0,02°

It is a great pity that they do not have the resources to give more frequent updates for ICON and ICON-EU which update 6- and 3-hourly respectively. See Ventusky.com. However, in my o-inion, the US GFS provides all the information at a high enough quality for most of our sailing needs. There are many viewing options that I am still exploring.

Is that an Apple App as I can't find it?

Sailgrib is Android only. For a list of GRIB tablet apps, see http://weather.mailasail.com/Franks-Weather/Grib-Files-Apps. Any additions? Like Ladyinbed, I often us a tablet app, in my case PocketGrib. All will have the GFS and, usually, some others. As I have said, the GFS will meet most of your needs most of the time. Choice of app is largely a matter of which presentation you prefer and ease of access.

Ta for the link. Shame it suffers from such an awful user interface, years behind the rest. But great source for grib2 files, which the opencpn grib viewer can open. Much better interface, plus the ability to overlay gibs onto synoptics using the wfax plugin. Very
