My Garmin GPSMAP 79s don't name the Wych Channel, Blood Alley or Pottery Quay . Or many other key points of interest/navigation.
It's loaded with Bluechart G3 featuring Navionics Data.
I am old and so is the boat - but both seaworthy! - plodding about Poole Harbour and Swanage.
I have used MENU to ensure the plotter is setup for 'Marine'.
I get most of these details using the Garmin app. on my phone.
So what should I have done ?
