I wondered if anyone here has used ipcrenewals.co.uk to amend their subscriber a/c details - successfully?
I've been a PBO subscriber for years. Was recently offered a trial 'Classic Boat' sub. for £1, however they sent the confirmation letter, and presumably the magazine too, to a fictitious address.
I've tried to correct the address several times but it reverts to the made-up one. My most recent attempt has been to change it to the 'The Batcave, Gotham City', but that didn't stick either.
No response to emails, and I can't be @rsed to call them, so all Direct Debits have been cancelled. Bye Bye IPC.
