Lyonesse Lady on the beach after her strops parted then she was followed in a few hours later by the local diving/moorings boat the Scavanger which had the misfortune to meet the rocks. Definitely not a good sight to see in the morning.

Scavanger has been successfully refloated and is alongside the quay now, Lyonesse Lady will be towed off when there's enough tide.

I happened to look at XC weather at about 03-00 this morning and was surprised to see the strength of the wind in Scilly. Obviously not good and, I suspect, not forecast.

Reading the first few words when hovering over the summary, I thought this was going to be about a wardrobe malfunction!
