Thank you.

I think that the forums.. combined with the magazine content.. and the back material... would be well worthwhile subscribing to.

If I had to pay up to £20 per month I would consider this good value... considering the time and entertainment I get from the place.

PS; and I dont think that people would just go elsewere... some might... but everytime this place crashes... and it used to remember.... we all just dissappeared. There was not a massive boost on the other places.

I didn't include any monetry value as it would depend on what was offered/wanted

ie - how many would want all the Mags and pay for all subs? Or would you just get a sub to the mag(s) of your choice ...

I have used a forum dedicated to VW vans, for which an annual fee of £10 was required. It didn't seem to put users off as the technical responses were written by a very knowledgeable and articulate professional. There always seemed to be many users there when I visited.

No - I don't know what everyone else did - but I went sailing! ;)
There could be a mid way place where there is some free access content & forums and then subscribe only access to the rest ... but that would build a 2 tier forum and be exceedingly difficult to police the content ...

Perhaps it could be subscribe only to post? and free reading? Oh there are so many options ...

Would rather it was free at point of access to encourage others to join in.
I might consider paying small subscription , but that would probably mean me not buying PBO anymore.

I voted none, but I might be happy to pay for individual articles/series, such as a particular boat test or pilotage information.
Not the random stuff that is covered by the books I have or can get.
