Take out your boat.

Well it all started off quite sensible. I mean, what can go wrong with two YM trainers aboard , to sea trial there obviously iffy mending techniques. If not iffy, why need testing. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

According as I can gather, from the reports. One drove from upstairs as the other drove from down. Apparently the one down stairs got lost and anyway he'd never gone any faster than 4 knots!! With MF heading for Dublin, he said. What do you do next!!

Arriving at the boat to see the carnage. The boat is at least 5 inches further back than it should be and the window wiper parking was atrocious.

I sympathise with the Wiper parking... /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

There is no excuse. It's like leaving a Bog seat open with Ladies on board.... /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

In a word NO. Not a boat, nor a plane. Last time I lent a plane to an instructor they bent a prop.

Anything more complex or valuable than a turnip should perhaps never be lent to other helms/pilots.

That is the main reason we bought our plane and boat outright rather that being in a shared ownership group... same principles apply.
