Would i be ok putting Jotun Seaforce antifouling over international antifouling?

Should be, try a bit first,Jotun factory is in my home town and we used to be able to pick up from the factory, during one of the visits I saw International paint in the same factory! Jotun must have been making it for them.!

Might have been retail/ domestic products that any body with a vat and a stirring stick could produce as that side of the business did buy in products but I very much doubt if the Marine/Yacht div "recipes" would have been handed over to one of their major competitors!
To do the job properly a coat of underwater primer should be applied to prevent intercoat splitting/flaking unless the current coating is waterbased where the hull should be pressure washed and dried before applying the primer coat then antifouling
