Worktop on my Jeanneau

I have a 2018 Jeanneau leader 33, I'm not at the boat for a bit but does anyone know what the kitchen worktop would be made of, reason being I need to remove the gas hob and cut some out to fit an induction hob

ha, that plastic is a bit of a beast to cut with a jigsaw, got the T shirt
spare battery may be needed
my gas hob was stuck down, enjoy
aperature too big for my diesel hob, hence the SS mask

Yes I've had a similar frame made for the new hob to sit in but had it powder coated gloss black to match the hob.
At least I know it can be cut with a jigsaw though, got 3 batteries lol
