Workshop space in Woodbridge area

I need to rent a workshop short term to finish the woodwork needed to complete our refit. Garage size around 100sq ft will do or space in a larger area. I will need single phase power and water although water is not essential. A bench would be a luxury although I could bring my own. As close to Woodbridge as possible. Needed for about a month / six weeks from late October. Anyone have anything or know of anything available?

Why not get a portable marquee style workshop and have it on site at the yard?
