wooden pilothouse cruiser

That seems an awful lot of money for an old wooden boat especially one that has clearly been messed about with. Why not look at a CW28 or similar, plastic so nothing to rot, well, not much anyway. Probably have more internal USABLE space then the one you link to as well,
 
Well, I don't know about the "plastic so nothing to rot" stuff, but nevertheless this doesn't look like a live-aboard to me. Where are you supposed to sleep -- on one of those narrow berths? Where's the larder storage? What heating has she? Where are the bookshelves? So many things missing.

Harland & Wolff built literally hundreds of vessels from the 1850s right up till the 2000s. But they included RMS Titanic....
