wooden hull wanted

I'm looking for a wooden hull, around 35 to 40 ft, suitable for restoration and re-rigging to a cutter-rigged gaff ketch. Must be long-keel displacement type, ie a good sea boat. Age and general condition of decks and spars immaterial, but hull must be sound, free from rot and capable of restoration without too much work. I live in Kent, but any area considered. Can anyone help?

I'm the person next to you in the boatyard - the wooden sloop. I wondered what had happened to you. Went down to the boat the other day and there was this rather large gap beside me. Couldn't have finished it off that quickly, surely, I said to myself. I was quite bewildered. Good luck with your search.
