hiya a bit more information on the boat im trying to find out what make of boat she is. beam 3.13mtrs draft1.64 mtrs motor cruiser mahogonyplank on oak frame. teak planking topsides. teak deck wheehouse and superstructure varnished teak .told built by mount stuart dry dock in 1961. 50 hp betamarine inboard fitted 1997 official boat number 301442.i am currently in the process of purchasing this boat in spain and would love to find out more about her she moored in spain and i am planning to live on her.i am trying to download a photo but not having any luck

Not a lot to go on there except the official number which indicates that she was registered on the Part 1 British Register. Suggest you contact the registrar in Cardiff. There may be details of the registration in the boat's papers. It will be an A4 laminated certificate. There may also be the original registration document which is a Blue book with the certificate inside.

However, keeping the boat on the register is not compulsory, but you will only find out if there are any records by contacting the registrar.

thanks tranona for your reply i will try and contact them.i hope today to have a couple of pictures on here .i have spent many hours looking at pictures over the net but not seen any boats the same as seandor.
