Lots of wood on my boat but thank god it is all intrnal !

But it is quite dark ! mostly Teak and mahogny, is there any way I can refresh a bit and make it ligther ??

I so far tried "Nu wood" good but hard work, also tried a prudct call wood brigtner but no much change there, should i sand surfaces down ? or is there any other way ??

there are certainly wood "bleaches" that will lighten the colour. I used "rustins" (there's a site www.rustins.co.uk) and whilst it doesn't turn it white it does lighten things a lot. I am pretty sure you'll need to remove the varnish first and revarnish.

incidentally, what's the headlining colour - if that isn't a light colour, then wood lightening will still feel dark. You can experiment with this just sellotaping up some sheets of white paper and see what it's like. Light-coloured mats or floor covering will also make a diference.
