Hi guys,

I’ve been doing up a classic motor launch 14.5ft and made a new foredeck for her out of teak and mahogany, now coming to the point of what caulking / sealant options I have I don’t really want to be spending a huge amount so no to caulking

but silka flex 290dc? CT1?
Help appreciated

Caulking is part of the structure, that's why it is hammered in tight. I would suggest trad caulking, and using your choice of mastic which won't set hard, eg CT1.

Depends on how you have built it. If it is teak planks on the beams then the seams would require normal caulking with cotton first then a sealant on top. If in a ply substrate then just the sealant. Either way use the proper material like TDS.
