Wonky legs.

quick question.
looking at my penta dp290s i noticed that my starboard leg has somehow tilted inwards by about 20 degrees.
helm gauge at zero, port leg fine. don't recall hitting anything. not even sure how they are steered, is it a ram? has something worked loose?
is there something obvious i need to look for before i have it hauled out and legs off?

Not all stinkpots are gin palaces. surely not everyone in the "practical" boat owners dept has those flappy bits?
