Wiring Colours . Raymarine 54E microphone .

Radio no Tx.
Rx OK.
Microphone filled with goo and cannot get to underside of PCB in mic, can just about get multimeter probes onto microphone/PCB multi pin connector.
Suspect something as simple as the PTT switch.
Anybody found a wiring PDF anywhere, just need colours or pin out Nos.

Fault now found.
PTT switch on microphone pcb seized solid.
Short pins and radio Tx perfectly.

This being a Raymarine and around 10 years old ..... obsolete and no spares.

The switch is probably a common item.
Post a photo if possible & we may be able to suggest a replacement.

the immovable PTT switch
No ID on casing and suspect not a generic item but possibly unique to this model of Raymarine alone.
Unusual fault, normally the connecting cable falls to bits first.

We swopped out our RM 54 a couple of years ago. It came with the boat in 2007 and wasn't new then. Replaced with a Ray50.

Similar, depending on size, may need the button part extending.
If not, googling cpc or mouser might get something more exact.
Edit, It might be possible to get a small, long actuator miniature microswitch in there.

Any electronics workshop anywhere near ?
